Kgomotso Gule

Principal Consultant & Executive Director

A seasoned professional and entrepreneur with twenty five (25) years experience in the private and public sector. His experience spans across strategy, research, policy and project management.

Kgomotso started consulting in 2008, as founder and Executive Director for Gule Call Centre Outsourcing and Izigi Human Capital. He was part of the Programme Management team that got the Gauteng Online project off the ground for Gauteng public schools. During this time he was also part of the change management team that interfaced with communities to facilitate a smooth roll-out of the Gauteng Online project.

He later established KG Consulting in 2015, based in the Western Cape, and has spent the last eleven (11) years largely conducting market and social research, policy development and strategy workshops for organisations in both the private and public sector. In 2025, the service offering was expanded with the establishment of Mitch & Buck Business Solutions, a subsidiary of KG Consulting.

He is a consummate polyglot who speaks eight South African languages fluently. This has allowed the company to seamlessly form a network of professionals and consultants nationwide in order to meet all our clients' needs. Kgomotso is a sought-after facilitator and community engagement specialist. He currently serves as Executive Director for both KG Consulting and Mitch & Buck Business Solutions.

Alison Goldstuck

Lead Consultant, Corporate Governance & Economics

An analytical economist with over 20 years' experience across blue-chip corporates, big four management consultancies, international NGOs and the public sector.

Alison Goldstuck is an analytical and resourceful economist who collaborates with organisations to co-create smarter ways of doing things. She helps clients gain insight into their environment in order to act strategically in fast-paced, complex environments. Her core skills are research, strategy solutions, programme evaluation and project management.

She has over 20 years' experience applying these skills to projects in blue-chip corporates, big four management consultancies, international NGOs and the public sector. Her sector focus areas are financial services, ESG, energy, climate change mitigation, small business development, local government, governance, industrial economics and public financial management.

Her key strength is engaging with extensive research, data and analytical material, and assimilating it through an analytical research focus into robust policy and analytical reports, data analysis and recommendations. Her research work runs end-to-end, from designing data gathering tools through to producing knowledge products such as infographics, trend reports and dashboards, and quality assuring deliverables. Alison is our lead consultant in corporate governance.

Selected consultancies include governance research at four South African metropolitan municipalities for the South African Cities Network's 2021 State of the Cities Report, 11 country education briefs and the 2019 Education Budget Brief for UNICEF, an operating model for municipal climate-change projects for the Western Cape Government, an inner-city regeneration strategy for Braamfontein's Business Improvement District association, and SMME programme evaluations for the Department of Small Business Development, the Industrial Development Corporation and the Department of Trade and Industry.

Khumbu Sithole

Senior Associate

A public sector specialist whose career spans thirty three years across the private and public sectors, predominantly at senior managerial level, with a firm grounding in strategy, research and monitoring and evaluation.

Khumbu Sithole's professional career spans thirty three years, in both the private and public sectors, predominantly operating at the senior managerial level. He left the public service after fourteen years, during which he primarily served as head of strategy and research and had several stints as acting CEO. The role firmly incorporated monitoring and evaluation, including quarterly reporting to the Economic Development Portfolio Committee in the Gauteng Legislature.

During his public service tenure, Khumbu served on numerous strategic provincial and national task teams and committees, with career highlights including appointments to Minister Marthinus van Schalkwyk's tourism research expert committee and to the provincial 2010 FIFA World Cup technical task team.

He also served on the Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED) Group Senior Management Team (SMT) forum. The SMT was mandated to coordinate the group's strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation activities, among other things.

Since exiting the public service in 2016, Khumbu has worked with renowned global advisory firms Deloitte (2017) and BDO Advisory Services (formerly Grant Thornton Advisory), where he is currently an associate as a public sector specialist.

Finally, Khumbu is also a skills development practitioner, serving as a senior facilitator up to C-suite level.

Ntseliseng Letolo

Lead Researcher — Economics & Data Analysis

An economist and data analyst with over five years of expertise in research, data analysis and project monitoring and evaluation.

Ntseliseng Letolo is an experienced economist and data analyst with over five years of expertise in research, data analysis, and project monitoring and evaluation. She has worked with organisations such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), World Vision International and Leads Research and Evaluation Centre.

At EGPAF she managed health-related data covering Covid-19, HIV/AIDS and TB, ensuring accuracy and generating daily and weekly reports, resolving data errors and safeguarding sensitive information in line with data protection policies. At World Vision she contributed to projects on gender equality and women's empowerment through surveys, focus group discussions and interviews using Kobo Toolbox and Open Data Kit (ODK), transcribing interviews, writing reports and surfacing insights on key findings.

While at Leads Research and Evaluation Centre she supported literature reviews, data analysis and project management, led field surveys and worked closely with clients and communities. She is skilled in Stata, R Studio and Tableau for analysis and visualisation, and is passionate about using data to drive development and informed decision-making. Ntseliseng serves as a lead researcher.

A results-driven professional with seven years' experience in administration, client services and portfolio management across property, financial services and higher education.

Nonjabulo Nzimande is a results-driven professional with seven years' experience in administration, client services and portfolio management across property, financial services and higher education. She previously worked as a Portfolio Manager at Match! Property, where she managed deals, invoicing, reconciliations and owner payments on PayProp.

Earlier she served as an Administrative Assistant at PSG Wealth and Head of Administration at Ya Peer Properties, overseeing diaries, client files, CRM systems, budgets and confidential records. She also worked as a Secretary at Durban University of Technology, supporting students and staff with enquiries, scheduling and records management.

Organised, detail-oriented and known for delivering efficient, reliable support in fast-paced environments, Nonjabulo is responsible for all administrative duties across our projects.
